As our student community expands and demand for academic support increases, especially in homeschooling and tutoring, we are investing in what matters most: teaching quality and student outcomes. We are strengthening our teams in English and Mathematics and building a wider network of tutors and homeschool support teachers.

What this growth makes possible

Expanding our academic team allows us to raise the level of service we offer to students and families by:

  • Increasing instructional time and academic reinforcement in English and Mathematics
  • Giving teachers more time for planning, feedback, and high-quality lesson preparation
  • Providing more individualized attention and closer academic follow-up
  • Supporting students more effectively within a rigorous curriculum

Why we recruit in advance

Although the next school year begins in August, we recruit and onboard in advance because quality takes preparation. New team members need time to understand our academic systems, teaching expectations, and school culture. Hiring early allows for proper training, alignment, and a strong start.

Some positions begin immediately, and others are part of our planned growth toward the new school year.

What you can expect from the selection process

    Complete the online form and upload your CV.
  2. Application review
    Our academic team reviews qualifications, experience, and alignment with our standards.
  3. WhatsApp contact
    Shortlisted candidates are contacted via WhatsApp to schedule an interview and clarify initial questions.
  4. Interview
    We discuss your profile, expectations, and availability.
  5. Demo lesson
    Selected candidates lead a short, structured activity with students (small group or full class depending on subject and grade). This helps both sides see what teaching and learning looks like at EuropaSchule.
  6. Decision and offer
    If the fit is strong on both sides, we proceed with an offer and onboarding.
